Initially, this pyramid was 485 feet in height, but the height declined to 450 feet due to erosion. The length of each size of the square base is 755.5 feet and the angle is 51 degrees, 51 minutes and 14.3 seconds.
The Great Pyramid of Giza was built on the land which was perfectly leveled. Overall, it has approximately 2.5 million blocks with weight varying from two tons to seventy tons. The top and the bottom blocks of the pyramid are from exactly the same time as well as the same time period.
Highly polished lime stones were trademark of The Great Pyramid of Giza when it was built and it reflected sunlight. Another noteworthy fact about this pyramid Giza was that its four sides were aligned towards North, South, East and West respectively. All these features made The Great Pyramid of Giza one of the most important entries into the Original World Wonders, and even now, nothing came closer to its qualities.
